Regin Construction are the Construction Division of Regin Group. Our division proprietors have over 20 years’ experience in construction and civil engineering.
We currently provide construction and civil engineering services to both Residential and Commercial clients throughout the United Kingdom.
Our relevant departments deliver a wide range of construction services for a wide range of clients. These departments include principle contractor, small works, maintenance, civil engineering and post contract support. These are all delivered on small, medium and large scale capital projects.
We strive to carryout out all projects large or small to the highest of standards.

Working within the public and private sectors we specialise in bespoke developments from individual residential extensions and commercial new build clients through to major developments for Developers and Housing Associations.
We can help you from the very start of your project to the final completion. Regin’s team of specialist professionals can coordinate the whole process from Architectural Drawings, Surveys, Planning Applications through to Land Remediation, Structural and Civil Engineering, Sub-Structures, Super-Structures, External and Internal works, and Completion.
We have our own in-house team of Civil Engineers and Surveying Team working in a variety of different scale projects from Residential to Large Commercial Developments, liaising with local councils and planners. Our team of Groundworkers and management currently deliver a wide variety of civil engineering support on varying levels throughout Manchester.
We carry out full land remediation projects for various large developers and contractors. Our land remediation teams will ensure that all sites are fully cleared, and all waste is disposed of sustainably whether it be from demolition works or excavation works. We remove all risk before the groundwork team takes over, leaving the site fully prepared for the next stage of development. All our staff are fully trained, certified and in house.
With any renovation project, we take the time and care to ensure our clients get exactly what they ask for whilst also working along the architects in place. We complete any projects from start through to completion.

Our Experienced Project Management team are a key element that allows us to deliver to an extremely high standard, on time and within budget. The management team engage with the clients regularly to update on the progress and the budget of the build ensuring the client is fully informed at every stage of the programme. We have extensive experience in Construction management and management contracting. This service along with the traditional forms of building contract is delivering projects throughout the region.

Projects
Regin Construction carried out the initial full site set-up, securing the site and fencing of the area. The aim of the project was to complete the land remediation, which was carried out in full, clearing all obstruction from the ground, working down to a depth of 5 meters, which cleared the site of any surplus materials.
Once all obstructions were cleared, we prepared the group, brining in clean M.O.T to prepare the piling mats. Piles were driven down to a depth of 18 meters – all major groundworks followed.
Regin completed all works from start to completion, whilst providing full project management and engineering with our in-house team. Allowing the scheme to be completed on time and on budget and in an efficient manner for the client.
This project was carried out on behalf of Dex Construction and F.E.C.
Our small works division provided the client of a major Hotel project with a separate delivery of their sub-station.
The works were an urgent requirement and our team reacted at short notice to deliver the works in a safe and professional manner.
The coordination with the utility companies and our management ensured the project was delivered safely and to an acceptable standard.
The Regin Group successfully refurbished the toilet blocks and classrooms at Rochdale High School, working under a tight schedule to ensure completion before the new term. The project involved demolishing old fixtures, installing new plumbing and electrical systems, and redecorating the spaces to modern standards. Despite the limited timeframe and coordination challenges, the Regin Group completed the work on time, significantly enhancing the school’s facilities and creating a better environment for students and staff. This achievement underscores their efficient planning, resource management, and commitment to quality.
Regin Group played a pivotal role in the new housing project developed by FEC and Dex, handling critical groundworks, road construction, sewer installation, and the erection of steel frames for apartments and housing units. Their scope of work included comprehensive site preparation, ensuring robust infrastructure through meticulous road and sewer systems, and constructing the foundational steel frameworks essential for the buildings’ structural integrity. Regin Group’s expertise and efficient project management significantly contributed to the successful development of this housing project, showcasing their capability in delivering complex construction solutions.
