We provide the design, installation and management of fully equipped high quality site establishment and Welfare Accommodation to create a safe working environment for all of your project needs.
We provide a bespoke Delivery Management System, called (DMS). This permits a “just in time” deliveries schedule for all your projects. It ensures that all your material and plant delivery bookings and co-ordination is accurate for your performance reports.
We will manage and co-ordinate all Crane, Hoist and FLT Telehandler assets and their use on site. This will be managed through our specialist trained site teams.
We design, develop and manage on-site Waste Management plans and strategies for your projects to maximise recycling and reduce waste to landfill. This allows for accurate Waste reporting which assists towards the highest ratings under Environmental assessments.

Projects

Overall Project involved a complete refurbishment of the former LEB Building at Old Hall Street in Liverpool.
- Full conversion of offices into a 207 No bedroom hotel for Melia Hotels.
- A rooftop bar and a number of restaurants.
- Extensive conference facilities and kitchen areas.
- 44,000 sq.ft office space + 17,000 sq.ft retail space with associated car parking and external works.
- A full external façade replacement of cladding and glazing.

Overall Project involved the construction of a 12 No storey residential new build block of 136 No, 1, 2 & 3 Bedroom, apartments at Angel Meadows in Manchester.
- A total of 131.77sqm2 of property parkside development in Manchester’s city center.
- A Gymnasium , residents lounge and a communal terrace are provided to the residents.

Overall Project involved the construction of 2 No new build residential apartment blocks including 286 No apartments, commercial units and associated public realm at Plots 2 & 3 – Meadowside in Manchester.
- Plot 2 is 22 storeys in height and Plot 3 is 17 in height with 2 No lifts per building.
- Structural frames to the buildings is reinforced concrete consisting of RC Core, Columns and a flat RC Slab.
- A full cladding façade of unitized curtain walling system is adopted.
- Gym, lounge areas with retail units are located at ground level for the residents.

Overall Project development involved the construction of 2 No new build hotels with 542 No guestrooms and associated landscaping boundary treatments over 0.6 hectares in size at Manchester Airport.
- The Holiday Inn Hotel consists of 280 No guestrooms and the Ibis Budget Hotel of 262 No guestrooms.
- The Holiday Inn (Plot P1) is a full-service hotel comprising of a Main reception, Public areas, Bar lounge, Dining, Pilots lounge, Gym and Meeting rooms.
- The Ibis Budget is a limited Hotel offering reduced food and beverage options only.

Overall Project involved the design and build of new school buildings and re-development of the St John Fisher Catholic High School in Wigan.
- Demolition of existing school buildings and construction of phased new buildings to create state of the art facilities.
- The main teaching block school building will be 3 No storeys in height and the new sports hall will be 2 No storeys in height to accommodate 900 No pupils and 285 No sixth-form students.
- Relocation of existing playground space and creation of hard and soft landscaping areas.
